LeeLoo2014 | Like we would confess... C'mon, Cappy, not even one? Not even the Daily horoscope on astrodienst? |
aah08 | me |
fairaqua | I've read about astrology in a book, but never an astrology book. Im cheap, and mt small town library doesn't carry such blasphemy
|
I'm so cappy | I'm afraid the fragments I found on the net don't count as a book. ------------------ I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy. |
Mercurian Intellect | I have. But everything I read, I already learned from the internet, so I learned before I owned an Astrology book. I'm sure that still counts, but whatever. Since I already had substantial knowledge on the subject, I disagreed with some things they said; being my own astrologer and all, lol. |
Nine | Not me. I realized the stuff on the internet just wasn't enough. The turning point for me was when Horoscopechat went down. |
I'm so cappy | Btw, it's not like I'm never going to buy such a book. ------------------ I'm sooo happy! I mean, cappy. |
Ellynlvx | All the way through? Hmmm. Maybe not. I always read the juicy parts about that crush or Music Guru, anyway. Does that count? |
Nine | I miss Borders, they had a better astrology/numerology section than BN. |

You are joking...right?ahahaha Cappy! I can only confess that I read too many astrology books ( even in different languages!) by now , but I still have a feeling that I know only 2 percent of what I should know when it comes to astrology.
I def. respect your honesty and confession but I would say now its about a time you go and buy one..ultimately, we are here in the ASTRO FORUM ( at least I believe so ) My last book was about the nodes and their position/influence on our life in the natal chart....disturbing actually ( hate my NN) |
yellowelevator | I'm currently reading my first Astrological book, titled Pluto Vol. 2: The Soul's Evolution Through Relationships by Jeffery Wolf Green. It's absolutely brilliant and really well-written. Very eye-opening information too because he really deeply touches on masculinity/feminity and the conditioned habits that men and woman have had to play out as roles in life that stemmed all the way back from the Garden of Eden myth. I'm not even halfway through but I already recommend it lol. I also recently bought a book on Yods I plan to read called The Yod Book: Including a Complete Discussion of Unaspected Planets by Karen Hamaker-Zondag. I'm excited lol ------------------ Leo Sun Cancer ASC Gemini Moon |
LucieLemonade | I read* astrology books before there was an internet.... *not sure I've actually read a whole one cover to cover.
|
Tulipe | Cappy, we're a pair . ------------------ what goes up must come down, so when you're feeling down, the only way to be is up |
theunknown | well but there's the internet.... i never read one book though. I bought one and didnt even read past page 2 |
I'm so cappy | Tulipe, high five

Seriously! And I'm sick of the damn e-books. I'm not going to pay $299 for an ipad to read books. |

You can read ebooks on your computer. You don't need an ereader or ipad. You just need an extension on your browser. Now that I think about it, I think Linda Goodman's books were the first ones I read. They made things accessible before I moved on to more serious technical ones. But again, I'm not sure I read them cover to cover. Just what was relevant to me.

Ahh. But then I'd have to have my laptop w/ me to read the e-books and I don't carry my laptop outside of the house since it's heavy.

Yanmorg | I have purchased many Astrology books if you want to get technical, I haven't read not one. I'll skim if and read bits and pieces out of the book every time I want to learn or reference something, but as far as reading it like an actual book, never. My mars in Sag makes me impatient. Haha. |
